Welcome to Donna's Destiny!        

This is the official website of Donna Ponessa, a member of the 2012 United States Paralympic Equestrian Dressage Team!  


In August, Donna competed in the 2012 Paralympic Games alongside 78 horse and rider combinations, from 26 nations around the world, at Greenwich Park, London.  She proudly assisted Team USA to place 7th overall.


Living with Multiple Sclerosis since 1982,Donna is paralyzed from the chest down and breathes with a ventilator.


Donna is now looking towards the 2014 World Equestrian Games in Normandy, France.  Just more than a year away, her journey begins now.  Like any elite athlete, Donna needs financial sponsorship to continue. Click on the sponsorship page to learn more about how you can help.
